Senior Life Solutions

Mental Health Support for Older Adults

Senior Life Solutions at Loring Hospital is an outpatient behavioral health program designed to meet the unique emotional and mental health needs of adults 65 and older. Through group-based therapy, education, and support, we help older adults manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, and other life changes while continuing to live at home. Aging brings many joys, including more time with family and freedom in retirement, but it can also involve difficult life transitions, the loss of loved ones, changes in living situations, and stress from age-related health concerns. Senior Life Solutions can help. Call us at 712-662-6435 to learn more or make a referral.

What is Senior Life Solutions?

Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient behavioral health program for older adults who are experiencing emotional or behavioral changes. Participants typically attend group sessions several days per week, receiving structured support from a multidisciplinary team. The program staff includes a board-certified psychiatrist, licensed therapists, a registered nurse, and other professionals dedicated to improving the mental health of older adults in the Sac and surrounding communities.

Our goal is to help older adults improve their quality of life, increase independence, and remain safely in their homes and communities. View our video!
