Human Resources Professional
- Full Time
- Mange recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management
- Lead training initiatives and professional development programs
- Administer benefit programs; including annual analysis
- Oversee all payroll processes
- Maintain employment related policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience preferred
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
Rehab Services Tech
- Full time, day shift with extended hours availability
- Assist in the Rehab Department with basic patient care
- Scheduling and office tasks as assigned
- Medical insurance knowledge a plus
- Must have Microsoft Office experience
Maintenance Technician
- Full Time; includes rotating call
- General maintenance in a hospital environment
- Two years of mechanical experience in a business environment required; experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical preferred
- Must have valid drivers license and provide motor vehicle report
Environmental Services Technician
- Full Time; afternoon/evening hours and weekend rotation
- Duties including housekeeping and laundry
- Must be able to safely lift and transfer up to 75 pounds with assistance
- Reaching overhead is required
- Must be able to stand or walk up to 90% of an eight hour shift
Medical Laboratory Technician
- Full Time; includes weekly call and weekend rotation
- Position serves outpatients, emergency room, and inpatients
- Candidates must be MLT certified or equivalent to perform general lab duties including hematology, chemistry, coagulation testing, and more
Occupational Therapist
- Full Time
- Current license required
- Prefer previous experience, but not required
CNA
- PRN
- CNA certification required
RN - Med/Surg/ER
- Provides direct patient care in the emergency department and acute setting
- Current RN license in the State of Iowa
- EPIC experience a plus
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required or willing to obtain within six months of hire
