CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Medical Laboratory Technician

  • Full time; includes weekly call and one weekend rotation per month.
  • Position serves outpatient/ER and inpatients.

  • Candidates must be MLT certified or equivalent to perform general lab duties including Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation Testing, and more.

  • Preferred candidate will have a positive attitude and ability to provide exceptional patient care. Detail orientated. Experience preferred.

Cook - Weekend PRN

  • Must be flexible and willing to learn all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Willing to train the right candidate.
  • PRN position, every other weekend, working 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Cook 

  • Full-time position including weekend and holiday rotation.
  • Must be flexible and willing to learn all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Willing to train the right candidate. 

Occupational Therapist 

  • Current license required
  • Prefer previous experience, but not required
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Maintenance Tech 

  • Two years of mechanical experience in a business environment required.
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, boilers and electrical preferred.
  • Individual must have valid driver’s license and provide motor vehicle report.
  • Must be able to take call.
  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 75 pounds, push and pull up to 200 pounds, stand and walk up to 75% of an eight hour shift; be able to be on a ladder and on a roof top.
  • Duties will include: Landscaping, mowing and snow removal; performing a variety of mechanical, plumbing and structural maintenance duties; inspecting and repairing facilities and equipment; having knowledge of the operation and repair of a variety of types of equipment and machinery including, but not limited to, power tools, skid loader, lawn equipment, compressors, engines, pumps and generators; other duties as assigned. 

RN - ER/MedSurg

  • Full-time nightshift 
  • 7p – 7a, every third weekend
  • Provide direct patient care in the emergency department and the acute setting
  • Assist and direct the work of the support staff in the provision of care
  • Perform general nursing duties with minimal supervision
  • Able to work with the age specific populations according to the setting
  • Must be graduate of accredited school of nursing
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in State of Iowa
  • EPIC experience a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in the ER setting
  • ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required, or willing to obtain within 6 months after hire
  • Ability to perform life saving measures, triage, and complete assessment of critically ill patients

Inpatient Manager

  • Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for inpatient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, providing data-driven recommendations to the CCO for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost management related to inpatient services.
  • Promote a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance clinical quality, safety, and compliance within the inpatient setting.
  • Participate in hospital committees, as required, to support strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and have current RN licensure State of Iowa, BSN preferred. Have current BLS Certification, have current ACLS Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire, have current PALS Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Successful completion of Trauma Nurse Core course (TNCC) within one year of hire or accepting the position
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
    • Certification in Nursing Administration or Healthcare Management.
    • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and operational efficiency in an inpatient setting.
    • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare management systems.
