Physical Therapist

  • Full time
  • Current license in Iowa required 
  • Graduate of a PT school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association required
  • On-the-job training provided 

Lab Manager (Required to meet specific qualifications according to CLIA ’88 regulations)

  • At a minimum must have a Bachelor or Associate Degree and successfully completed an accredited program of laboratory training. Would prefer degree in related sciences with certificate of completion from approve course in Medical Technology. Would prefer three years supervisory experience.
  • Current registration in national laboratory organization.
  • Be knowledgeable in all areas of laboratory, laboratory related issues, laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Possess the ability to work effectively with others, solve problems, think creatively, and communicate.
  • Effectively and implement change. Also have the ability to organize, do long-range planning. Possess integrity, initiative, flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
     

EVS

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience: Housekeeping and Laundry experience in a commercial environment preferred.

MLT - Full Time

  • Meets requirements of CLIA 493.1423. One of the following credentials meets requirements in conjunction with the defined skills and knowledge requirements. The presented list of credentials does not include all possible means of meeting the requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science or medical technology
  • An associate’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science or medical technology

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time

  • Education: Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Licensure: 
  •   Current State Licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  •   CPR Certification

Occupational Therapist

  • Full time
  • Current license in Iowa required
  • Doctorate or master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
  • On-the-job training provided 

MLT PRN

  • Meets requirements of CLIA 493.1423. One of the following credentials meets requirements in conjunction with the defined skills and knowledge requirements. The presented list of credentials does not include all possible means of meeting the requirements
  • An associate’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science or medical technology.

Weekend RN

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing  
  • Licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator’s Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) CertificationTrauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Certification
     

Chief Financial Officer

  • Education: 
    -Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance is required.
    -Master's Degree preferred. 
  • Licensure: CPA preferred and/or other hospital financial certifications. 
  • Experience: CPA preferred and/or other hospital financials certifications.
     - Minimum of three years CFO or equivalent experience. Computer and calculator. 

Patient Account and Service Representative – Full Time

  • Education: 
    -High school graduate or GED
  • Licensure: Medical Assisting Certification, preferred
  • Experience:
  • Computer and 10 key calculator experience required 
  • Financial counseling experience, preferred
  • Pre-authorization experience, preferred
  • CPT code and ICD-10 code knowledge, preferred
