If so, you may be a worthy candidate for Loring Hospital’s Patient and Family Advisory Council, or PFAC for short. PFAC members represent the typical healthcare consumer and their feedback has proven invaluable to Loring.

“Expert Foot and Ankle Care” Snack and Learn Event Scheduled for May 7

Loring Hospital is set to host a “snack and learn” event entitled, “Expert Foot and Ankle Care,” at 2 p.m. on May 7 at the hospital’s downtown meeting space located at 119 North Fifth Street in Sac City. The event will feature guest speaker, Dr. Mindi Dayton, DPM, MHA, FACFAS, who will share her extensive expertise in foot and ankle health.

This seminar, presented by one of Loring Hospital’s Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) counselors, LeAnn Olhausen, will take place on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 5-7 p.m.

Join Loring Hospital’s CHNA Town Hall April 3

Loring Hospital will host a public meeting on Thursday, April 3 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the hospital’s downtown meeting space located at 119 North Fifth Street in Sac City. The meeting has been set to discuss results from a recent health needs assessment (CHNA) survey and to seek input about healthcare in Sac County and neighboring communities. A light lunch will be provided to attendees at no cost.

The team will see patients at Loring Hospital on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month beginning Dec. 10.
