Change in Iowa Medicaid Reminder

If you were a member of Iowa’s UnitedHealthcare managed care organization (MCO), you should have received a notice this spring that the program was being discontinued effective July 1, 2019. If you did not take action by enrolling in one of Iowa’s two remaining MCOs  – Iowa Total Care or Amerigroup – or if you unknowingly received new insurance cards, please contact Iowa Medicaid Member Services at 1-800-338-8366.
