Auxiliary Hosts Dr. Meyer Orthopaedic and Tanzania Presentation July 19th

Join Loring Hospital for an evening with Dr. Steven Meyer and the Loring Auxiliary Wednesday, July 19th, 6:00 pm at the Sac City Presbyterian Church. Dr. Meyer will be discussing his work as an Orthopaedic Surgeon and his mission trips to Tanzania with STEMM, a Free subway meal will be provided. STEMM was founded in 1996 by Dr. Steve Meyer and others who led a group of 10 Siouxland residents on the first trip to Tanzania in 1997. From that experience, Dr. Meyer and his wife Dana were inspired to find a means to provide ongoing assistance to the children of Tanzania. They also felt compelled to facilitate a means for others to experience this life-changing journey. Dr. Meyer will share experiences from over 20 years of “hands-on” mission trips that many Christians from all denominations and all walks of life have experienced including life change and renewal in their own personal spiritual journey. Please RSVP by July 16th to Karen @ 712-660-7624. We invite all ages for Dr. Meyer’s presentation and people are also welcome at the door, without an RSVP.
